Our Return Policy

Any product you order from Grandma Creations has a 30 day return policy. If the product is returned within 30 days of purchase and it is in great condition, a refund or exchange can be honored.  If the item is a special order, no refunds.  Grandma Creations pride itself on customer satisfaction.  Please contact me if there is any problems with your purchase and I will try to get it resolved immediately.
